I've never bought a house before, so I have a few questions and appreciate those of you, the owner may mortgage consultants / bankers, or other people share their experiences and their opinions about me.
1) could be buying a Centex home, they offer 4.37% fixed 5 years, and no prepayment penalty. Do you think it is useful to those set at 5 years, the rate and the refinance within 5 years, or it is better, 30-year get fixed now?
2) Is this what I would consider with a home builder lender instead of a bank?
3) I think of with a lawyer at the signing of the Treaty to ensure that the catches will know, I know how much the legal fees?
4) Are there body Gorvernment I do a fair hearing or hearings on mortgage.
5) A good recommendation for the mortgage?
